We love making fresh stuff and that includes dressings. It just tastes so much better than the store bought varieties. The great thing is that it doesn’t take much time to put this together.
This recipes comes from our friends at Allrecipes. Here’s the link to the original version. Yes, our version has a few changes that we believe makes it even better.
- 2 ½ ounces blue cheese plus about 1 ounce crumbled to add at the end
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ⅛ teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper
Using a small food processor (like a Bullet) add all ingredients and pulse 3 seconds or so until combined but not completely smooth. Mix in by hand the additional crumbled blue cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy!
Looks good Army
