8 eggs

3 tablespoons milk

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter

8 slices of your favorite cheese, each cut in half 8 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled

1 pre-cooked 12-14″ pizza crust


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Gently scramble the eggs and milk. Season with salt & pepper.

Melt the butter in a heated pan of the same size as your pizza crust. Gently stir and lift the edges as it cooks. Cook just until set – about 2 – 3 minutes – the eggs will finish cooking in the oven. When done, the eggs should be in one complete piece. This will make the final product easier to eat. Set aside.

Top pizza crust with 2 slices of cheese arranged evenly. Gently slide the cooked eggs onto the pizza crust, being sure to center the eggs on the crust.

Top with crumbled bacon and 4 more slices of cheese. I like to arrange these so they lie between the cheese slices on the bottom of the pizza.

Bake 9-11 minutes.
