Ah, Korean food. This dish is a favorite of mine and Tracy! For me, it’s a bit much to make at home so I normally will order this when eating out at a Korean restaurant. However, you can make it at home. You don’t need to make the hot stone pot version but it’s so much better if you do!

This recipe showed up in my inbox in early 2018. I don’t remember the source but pretty sure it was from my friends at the Kitchn.
Anyway, this one really rocks! Easy to make ahead of time and finish is off while having a cocktail and visiting prior to dinner.

I do love Korean food! Curry rice is another favorite of mine.
This recipe is simple and fast. It’s so comforting especially during the colder time of year. Warms you right up!
